Alliance University Admission 2024: Application (Open), Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Selection Criteria & Application Process

Alliance University offers B.Tech and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) courses to students who want to pursue careers in the field of engineering. Admission to B.Tech Regular is performed on the basis of a score of AUSAT while for B.Tech lateral entry merit is the only criterion.

For B.Tech, Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the Alliance University Scholastic Test (AUSAT) followed by a personal interview conducted by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design. The duration of this course is 4 years.

For Lateral Entry, students can get admission directly in the third semester (second year) of the B.Tech degree course. To select candidates for the Lateral entry courses, the college conducts a Lateral Entry entrance examination. An eligible candidate must hold a Diploma or equivalent degree in the field of engineering with an aggregate of 50% marks (40% marks for the reserved category). The duration of this course is 3 years.

Selection Process

 Apart from AUSAT conducted by the Alliance University, students are also selected on the basis of their score in Karnataka CET (Code-E220), COMED-K (E165), JEE Main, or JEE Advanced.

Application Form

 Students can apply for the Alliance University B.Tech Regular & B.Tech Lateral or Evening courses through Online or Offline modes.

For online mode

For Offline mode 

students can obtain the application cum prospectus form from the admission office of the University on payment of INR 1000 as an application fee. The fee can be paid in cash or through DD drawn in favor of ‘Alliance University College of Engineering payable at Bengaluru.

Note: NRI & SAARC candidates have to pay INR 2000 while foreign candidates have to pay US$ 50 in lieu of the application fee.

Alliance University also offers various UG courses to the students in the field of Management, Finance, Law and Liberal Arts. All candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in entrance examinations conducted by the respective college of the university.

For BBA and B.Com (H), the eligible students are required to appear in Alliance University Scholastic Test (AUSAT) followed by a personal interview conducted by the university.

For admission to Liberal Arts courses – BA, BA (Hons.), B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), and BFA, the candidates are required to have valid scores in AUSAT/SAT/ACT/Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam scores.

Selection Process

Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test (AUSAT)

Alliance University conducts AUSAT for all UG courses. AUSAT has a duration of 90 mins with a total of 100 MCQs. There is no negative marking in AUSAT. The application fee for the same is INR 200. The exam pattern is as follows:

How to fill AUSAT Application Form?

• Go to the official website of Alliance University.
• Fill out the registration form by filling in all the required information.
• You will then receive a verification message with a link containing your Username and Password on the mobile/email you provided.
• Click on the link and activate your account 
• Once your account is activated, fill in all the detailed information 
• Pay the application fee of INR 200. 
• If you have followed all the above-mentioned steps and paid the fees, your registration for the AUSAT 2023 will be complete. 

At the postgraduate level, the university offers an MBA program under the Alliance School of Business to students who want to seek admission in management for higher studies. The admission to the Alliance University MBA Program is currently ongoing. 

Under the MBA program, the university allows students to specialize in various aspects such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, HRM, and International Business. To get admission, candidates need to appear in Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).

Global MBA is specially designed for working professionals. This weekend course provides the opportunity to enhance the skills & expertise for the corporate-sponsored programs. Candidates with relevant work experience can appear directly in the personal interview round conducted by the university. The duration of the course is 16 months.

Selection Process

Interested candidates need to appear for the admission selection process that comprises of:

• CAT/MAT/NMAT/CMAT exams or Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT)
• Oral Extempore
• Personal Interview

For Ph.D. in Law Marketing, Finance, Organization, Leadership, Human Resource and System & Operations, the students need to sit for the common entrance exam conducted by the university named as ARAT.

Alliance University grants admission to both Internal & External students for the duration of 3 & 4 years respectively.

Note: Preference will be given to students with a valid GMAT (above 600) or JRF score.

Alliance University LL.M to the students who wish to make a career in the field of Law. For this, the students are required to appear in the AUSAT. The duration period is 1 year. For B.A LL.B (Honours) and BBA LL.B (Honours), students are required to take the Alliance University Scholastic Test (AUSAT) followed by an interview.

Note: General category candidates applying for BA-LL.B (Hons.) and BBA-LL.B (Hons.) must have an age of 20 years while SC/ST and Backward Community candidates must have an age of 22 years.

Offline mode:
