IIT Ropar impressed with its relevant curriculum, fostering a practical approach.
The night life is good you can get out of hostels even at 4 in the morning .
Very good facilities are at hostel and everythig available in it
All over cleanliness in college nice all things are well maintained.
I liked the clubs , like here we have clubs of all the domains
Sports facilities are also very nice in my college there is all sports equipments available.
I liked the campus first of all, its so beautiful .

Dislike

The fee structure is that we have to pay 118,000 per semester, and there are some hostel and mess security charges which we had paid at the time of admission

From the 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for campus placements. All the big companies you can think of, come to IIT Ropar. The highest package is around 70 Lacs and the average is around 15 lakhs. almost 80% of students got placed every year.

There is one minor and one major, there are quizzes too. Usually grading is up to professors individually. Exams are neither too easy nor too hard to pass. Being an IIT, one can't expect the exams to be too easy either
