Kalasalingam University is one of the prestigious universities located in Krishnankoil in Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 1984 by the Kalasalingam Anandam Ammal Charities. The university is approved by the University Grants Commission and is NAAC accredited.

It offers 13 undergraduate and 25 postgraduate courses. MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a full-time two-year program. Kalasalingam University offers an MBA program in 10 different specializations which are Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, Health Care, Banking and Insurance, Business Analytics, and Insurance and Risk Management (formerly MBA -Actuarial Science). Kalasalingam University MBA fee is INR 70,000 per annum. 

The minimum eligibility to apply for the program is a graduation degree. The registration fee is INR 600 for online mode and INR 650 for offline mode.  The selection process is based on examinations like CAT, MAT, or TANCET, followed by a personal interview.

Kalasalingam University MBA Eligibility Criteria

To seek admission to the MBA program at Kalasalingam University, candidates should fulfill the following eligibility criteria mentioned below:

  • Passed class 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.

Kalasalingam University MBA Selection Criteria

  • The candidates are selected for the MBA program based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
  • The exams accepted by the institute for MBA admissions are CAT/ MAT/ TANCET, to shortlist the candidates. 
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview for final selection.

Kalasalingam University MBA Application Procedure

The registration is done through online mode only. Students are required to visit the university website and submit the application form. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to make sure that, all the information which is mentioned on the application form must be correct and similar to the information in the original documents. Candidates have to mention a valid email address or phone number on the application form. All the information regarding the admission process will be sent by email only.

Steps to Apply Online:

  3. Register by using your email id and password
  4. Login after the confirmation of email
  5. Fill application form with the relevant information
  6. Upload the scan copy of signature and photograph
  7. Image size should not be more than 50K
  8. Verify all the filled information and save application form
  9. Pay application fee either of the available mode
  10. Take the print out of application form for future reference

Documents Required

Scanned copies of the following documents in black and white in 200KB should be uploaded:

  • A passport size photograph
  • Qualifying mark statement
  • Community certificate, if. not an OC candidate.

Applications Fee

Candidates have to pay an application fee at the time of the registration process. It can be paid online as well as offline mode.

The payment of the application fee can be done online through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card) or in offline mode through DD in favor of “Kalasalingam University” payable at Rajapalayam.
