Sathyabama University B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Des Admission 2023
The university offers several Undergraduate level Engineering and Technical courses like B.E., B.Tech. and B.Arch. The Bachelor of Engineering degree is offered under 11 different specializations and the bachelor of Technology degree is provided under 5 different specializations. Both B.E. and B.Tech. courses are offered for a duration of four years whereas, the B.Arch program is for a period of five years.

Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology Tamil Nadu B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Des Selection Process:
The institute offers admission to the courses solely on the basis of the marks secured in the All India B.E/B.Tech./B.Arch. Entrance Examination conducted by the Institute itself.
The candidates will be shortlisted and called for Counselling, based on their performance in the entrance examination. On the day of counseling, the branch of study will be allotted depending on the availability of seats and provisional admission order will be issued on the same day after collecting a counseling fee of Rs.50,000/-.
Sathyabama University UG Admission 2023
The university offers several Undergraduate level courses in the streams of Arts, Commerce, Science, Business Studies, Education and Medical Sciences.
The course duration of B.A.,B.Sc, B.Com, BBA programmes are three years while the Bachelor’s degree in Dental Sciences (BDS) is offered for a period of five years. The duration of B.Ed course is one year.
The admission to all the Undergraduate programmes is done purely on the basis of the performance in the All India Entrance Examination conducted by Sathyabama University.
Admission to the BDS programme is done on the basis of the merit list in NEET.

APPLICATION FORM (PHYSICAL MODE):
- Eligible candidates can get the application form on payment of Rs. 1000/- at Sathyabama University Campus
- Application forms may also be obtained through post by sending a request letter (candidate’s mailing address should be mentioned clearly in capital letters with pin code number, mobile number and E-mail ID) along with a demand draft for Rs.1100/- drawn in favor of Sathyabama University, payable at Chennai. This request letter should reach on or before the due date to “The Co-ordinator, Entrance Examination, Sathyabama University, Jeppiaar Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai-600 119”
APPLICATION FORM (ONLINE MODE):
- Candidates can also use online submission of application which is available on the official website.
- Candidates opting for online submission should fill the application and verify all the details entered. After the verification of the details, online payment of Rs.1000 should be made either by using Net Banking Facility/Credit Card/Debit Card or offline payment (only by Indian Bank Challan mode) at any one of the INDIAN BANK branches
- The candidates who have submitted the applications through online mode need not send any printed forms/account statement/bank or institution challan copy etc. unless otherwise requested by university authorities. But they should note the application number, login username and password for future reference (application number must be required to track their application and to book the slot for computer based examination)

How can you get admission in Sathyabama University and Hindustan University?
As a B.Tech CSE student at Sathyabama University, I can tell you about my branch and my university.
I got in through management quota, the other way is entrance. I booked my seat before my 12th result by paying 50k and providing my 10th marksheet. For this, I visited the university in March after my public exam. After your 12th result, you can visit and confirm your seat. You’ll get in even with low marks in class 12th. The fee is around 2 Lakhs per year, but the infrastructure and other facilities are good.
Through entrance, you’ll need a rank below 3000. Still, it isn’t sure that you’ll get CSE. CSE seats are completely filled in the first counseling round itself. My friend acquired 1600 rank, but couldn’t get into CSE. Getting in through entrance is extremely difficult due to high competition. Take this route only if you are sure of ranking high in the exam.
This is how you can get into Sathyabama University for your CSE. I do not know about the admission process in Hindustan University.
