IIIT Srirangam B.Tech Admission 2023

IIIT Trichy offers B.Tech program in 2 specializations with an intake of 60 seats per specialization at the UG level.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 75% marks in PCM from a recognized board to pursue B.Tech course from the institute.

Admission will be granted based on a valid score obtained in JEE Main followed by seat allocation through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

At the PG level, IIIT Trichy offers an M.Tech program in 3 disciplines with an intake of 60 seats per specialization. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 55% marks.

Admission will be granted based on a valid score obtained in GATE followed by counseling.

IIIT Srirangam Application Process 2023

Candidates can either apply online or offline for the JEE Main Exam on the basis of which the admission in B.Tech will be granted. After the JEE Main Exam, a merit list will be prepared for General Category students and a separate merit list for the students of SC, ST, and OBC by the central seat allocation authority (JoSAA). The authority will offer admission on the basis of merit keeping in account the choice of branch indicated by the candidate and the availability of seats in each branch.
