• Interested candidates will have to visit the official website of CAT.
• They will have to register themselves and create their login credentials.
• They can then start filling up the application form and can select IIM Sambalpur as one of their preference in the same form.

• The applicants are shortlisted for the personal interview based on the eligibility and the information provided. 
• The panelists will evaluate the candidates mainly on the basis of a Statement of Purpose (SOP), apart from the academic record, professional accomplishments, etc.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on the Personal Interview, Academic Qualification, Relevant Work Experience and Statement of Purpose (SOP).

IIM Sambalpur ExMBA Admission: How to Apply?

Interested candidates can register themselves for the ExMBA program at the following link: https://registration.iimsambalpuradmissions.in/portal/SignUp/exmba and pay the application fee of INR 1,000. 

The supporting documents that need to be submitted along with the application form are:

• A Passport size photo
• Copy of Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree mark sheets and certificates
• Copy of Govt. issued identity proof
• Copies of 10th and 12th Mark sheets, and certificates
• Relevant work experience certificates
• NOC from current employer
• NEFT/RTGS transaction slip of Application Fee
• Copy of Caste and Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)

The candidates who wish to apply for the PhD program at IIM Sambalpur should fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

Education

• Master’s degree with 60% marks 
• Postgraduate Diploma from IITs/ IIMs/ Other reputed Universities with 60% marks 
• Bachelor’s degree with a professional qualification like CA, ICWS, CS with 60% marks
• Integrated Masters degree with 60% marks
• 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6.5 CGPA

Entrance Exam

• The applicants will have to appear for CAT/ GRE/GATE/GMAT/JRF (UGC/CSIR), taken during the last 2 years OR Research Aptitude Test (IIMSAT) at IIM Sambalpur.
• Those who have already passed a 2-year PGP/ MBA with a 6.0 CGPA are exempted from the exams mentioned above.

Age Limit

The candidates should not be more than 40 years of age.

• The application fee is INR 500 for PhD and INR 2,000 for Executive PhD.
