The CS curriculum is very updated and rigorous with a few exceptions. There are a lot of opportunities for research experience and industrial exposure.
Tuition fees are irrelevant as if you are admitted they will only ask you to pay the amount that you can pay according to your family's financial ability. If you don't get aid tuition is around $49000 annually.
It is flexible and many different types of specialized courses are offered. The core course can be done in a better way. I think there is definitely a fair scope for improvement in the academic curriculum and the department always tries to improve it.

Undergraduate tuition is $46,600 a year with additional costs for housing and dining on campus. There are also charges that are added to the bill for student activity, recreational center usage, and health and wellness fees.
it is pretty rigorous, depending on the major you choose.
Somewhere around 70,000 US dollars including room and board. 45 thousand just tuition.
