Janki Devi Memorial College admissions 2023 to all UG and PG programs are based on the common University entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA. Admissions to UG courses will be done on the basis of CUET UG scores while PG admissions are to be done through the CUET PG examination. Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for PG admissions has been discarded from the academic year 2023. The college also offers admission to certificate and UG diploma programs.
When the CUET results are announced, registration for all UG and PG programs will begin on Delhi University's admission website- admission.uod.ac.in. Following that, candidates will be asked to select a program and a college for seat distribution. Seats for undergraduate courses will be assigned via the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal.
For PG admission, 50% of the total seats will be filled based on the student's qualifying examination results. The merit-based option is only available to candidates holding a bachelor's degree from Delhi University. The remaining 50% of all seats will be provided through the CUET PG examination. The final selection will be based on the institute's merit list for both merit and entrance-based admissions.

JDMC UG Selection Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Janki Devi Memorial College must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The final selection will be done through e-counselling conducted by Delhi University on the basis of CUET scores. CUET is divided into the following three sections:
- Section 1 Languages: this further contains two sections, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Section ‘A’ contains 13 languages such as Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc. Section ‘B’ contains 20 languages such as French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, etc. For admission candidates must at least appear in one language.

Delhi University has introduced the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for admission to UG courses for all its affiliated colleges. The entire process is explained below:
Phase 1: CSAS Application Form
- Aspirants are required to fill the CSAS application form on the centralized admission portal by paying a one-time non-refundable application fee.
- ECA and sports quota candidates will have to pay an additional fee.
Phase 2: Selection of Courses and College Preferences
- Second phase will start after the results of the CUET examination are declared.
- After the CUET Result declaration, eligible candidates will have to select the courses and fill the preference of desired colleges on the centralised CSAS portal.
Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Final Admission
- Merit list will be declared on the basis of CUET scores.
- Multiple rounds of seat allotment will be conducted.
