About Kalindi College
Kalindi College, New Delhi is a constituent of Delhi University. It is UGC approved and accredited by the AICTE. NAAC has accredited the college with a grade 'A'. Kalindi College offers numerous UG courses and only one PG course. Under the UG course it offers B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, etc. The M.A course is offered in three specializations specifically Hindi, Political Science and Sanskrit. Admission to both the UG and PG courses is offered based on merit in the CUET exam. After appearing and qualifying the entrance exam, candidates must have to register for the DU CSAS to get seat at the colleges, departments and faculties of the Delhi University.
Kalindi College, New Delhi has a specific placement cell called Kryptus. This placement cell works on organizing career oriented programs for future placement opportunities. The placement cell invites top companies such as AD2click, IIFM, Sirona, etc to its placement drive to provide students better placement opportunities. Furthermore, Kalindi College, New Delhi also offers scholarship programmes to its students. It offers scholarships in the form of fee concessions for those students who are financially weak. Kalindi College Admission Process
Kalindi college offers admission to B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, etc under its UG curiculum. Admission to these courses are based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Candidates can apply via the online registration method from the official website @cuet.samarth.ac.in. The application fees for CUET is INR 650 for the general category and INR 550 for SC/ST/PWbD/ category.
- The final selection will be done through e-counselling on the basis of CUET marks.
- Candidates are required to register for e-counselling via the online platform.
- E-counselling will contain 2 rounds where students will be able to choose the college that they want to opt for.
- Sports and Extracurricular Activities Candidates will be required to appear for a performance test along with the CUET entrance examinations.
- Selection of candidates for ECA will be made on a combination of CUET examination score and the candidate’s performance test.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 25 percent score on their CUET and a minimum of 75 percent score on their performance test.
Kalindi college PG admissions are done through CUET PG. As per the DU admission policy, 50% seats will be reserved for DU students, while admission to the 50% seats will be provided through CUET PG.
Kalindi College Application Process
- Candidates have to register themselves on the common application portal
- After the registration, candidates can begin to fill the Online Application Form using their credentials
- Candidates must fill the Online Application Form with care as they will not be able to make any changes in the future.
- Candidates are advised to carefully select the college and courses they want to opt for UG programmes.
- Candidates need to attach certain documents while submitting the form such as photograph, signature, identity proof, etc.
- Candidates need to pay the application fee at the time of submitting the form or else the Online Application Form will not be considered.
- Candidates can login to their portals for any new updates, college cutoffs and so forth.
- Candidates who are accepted must report to college where the cutoff percentage is met. Candidates will be required to carry some documents with them such as Character certificate, provisional certificate, self attested photocopies of all the documents submitted above, class 11 and 12 original marksheets, etc.
