Jammu and Kashmir NEET Counselling 2022: Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations(JKBOPEE) has released the list of candidates of J&K/ Ladakh who appeared for NEET 2022The authority will soon announce the dates and schedule for J&K NEET Counselling 2022. This year, 15% seats will be allocated through 15% AIQ counselling conducted by MCC. Check NEET Cut off 2022

Candidates who belong to the UT of J&K/ Ladakh but do not have their names in the list have to submit the relevant documents at the BOPEE office before 4:00 PM, Oct 4. 1147 MBBS and about 200 BDS seats will be available for admission in the state through J&K MBBS counselling 2022. Check NEET Seat Matrix 2022

  • J&K NEET Counselling 2022 will be held online in two rounds, however, a third-round can also be held if seats remain empty.
  • Document verification, state merit list, option filling, seat distribution, and reporting at the college form part of the counselling process of NEET 2022.

J&K NEET Counselling 2022: Eligibility

  • Applicants must pass NEET 2022 entrance examination
  • Applicants must be Jammu and Kashmir residents.
  • Applicants must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum percentage of 50% with physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English for general Category and 40% for SC/St and 45% for Physically handicapped. 
  • Candidates must be of 17 years of age as of Dec 31, 2022.

J&K NEET Counselling 2022: Registration

The Candidates who want to take part in the counselling process can register themselves on the official website of JKBOPEE. J&K NEET 2022 Counselling includes the following steps:

Online Registration

  • Candidates must visit the official website
  • Go to the New Registration
  • After the registration, candidates must provide their personal details
  • Candidates must upload a passport size photograph and a scanned copy of their signature both in Hindi and English. Candidates are recommended to have a scanned copy of the documents listed below in PDF format, with a file size of 100kb to 200kb in hand before completing the online application.
  • Candidates must provide their educational information
  • After filling up all the required fields, candidates must pay the counselling fee of INR 1500 by Bank challan or online payment.

Choice Filling

  • Candidates must provide their choice of courses and colleges for admission to MBBS/ BDS courses offered on the basis of NEET 2022 Result.

Document Verification 

  • To take part in J&K NEET Counselling 2022, candidates must clear the document verification process. For this, they must report to the centre to complete the document verification round.

Release of State Merit List

  • After the completion of the document verification process, a state NEET merit list will be released and will contain the candidate’s name, NEET rank and score, etc.
  • Only candidates who make it to the merit list must proceed to the next step of online registration and fee payment.

Seat Allotment List

  • NEET counselling is based on a number of criteria such as availability of seats, reservation categories, courses and colleges picked up.
  • The committee will publish J&K counselling results 2021 in the form of a list of selected candidates.

Reporting At the Institute

  • Candidates must visit the colleges they were granted admission to with all the requisite documents.
  • Candidates must note that their seats will be cancelled if they are unable to report at the allotted institute as per the released schedule.
