The Master of Science in Physics is a postgraduate course leading to a professional qualification in physics. The master's degree will acquire specialist skills that are based on the main research areas of physics in Wuppertal. However, the professional qualification is linked to other competencies, in particular, the ability to recognize and define scientific and operational questions and problems, to convey them to other non-scientific groups in a suitable manner and to solve them in a team-oriented manner.

Tuition Fees
University of Wuppertal of Clausthal does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 338 USD per semester as Semester contribution.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Business Mathematics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Safety Engineering or a related field. The regular length of the Bachelor study should be of at least 6 semesters and should correspond to at least 180 ECTS credits. A minimal mark of (or corresponding to) 3.0 after rounding down to the first decimal place in the German system is required.
