Master of Science [M.S] (Geological Sciences)
Field of Study:
The Geological Sciences examine the physical and chemical processes within Earth and on its surface, including the study of natural resources and risks to habitable areas. Geological Sciences are therefore an applied arm of the natural sciences, but they are distinguished from the latter by their links to Earth history and the life sciences. The analysis and prediction of geological processes require the ability to reconstruct past events through the study of rocks, minerals, and fossils.

Tuition Fees

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Student required a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Earth Science that corresponds in quality and content to the BSc in Geological Sciences at the Freie University Berlin or an equivalent university degree in a related field to the Geological Sciences.
- The German language is required.
