Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] [Systems Neuroscience] From University of Goettingen

Academic Eligibility:

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) in biology, psychology, medicine, physics, or related fields. Applications are welcome even if the required degree has not been awarded by the time of application as long as this will be conferred before courses start in October.
• Good to excellent results after the first year qualify for direct admission to a three-year doctoral project in one of the participating research groups. The Master’s thesis requirement is waived.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Language requirements: Demonstration of sufficient English language skills by earning the minimum required grade on an internationally recognized test.
• As a rule, the last test must have been taken no more than two years prior to submission of the application for admission to this degree program (date received).

International students hailing from non-English speaking countries can prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
