Garden City University, Bangalore celebrated Reconnect 2018 or Reunion Day. This event, in its truest form reunited with the former students of Garden City College, which is now Garden City University. Garden City University is one of the most trusted private university in India.

The Reunion event was organized at Crystal Block auditorium on June 16, 2018. It witnessed about 200 ex-students of GCC reuniting with their classmates and teachers after many years since they left the campus in pursuit of their dreams. Indeed, reunion day recreated the fond memories of the college life at GCC. The day was filled with fun and frolic moments for the students along with a sprinkle of family-feeling as their families and kids helped them to relive their memories. The best part was that the students had the opportunity to shake a leg with the tune of Bollywood songs on the stage with their kids!

Dr. V.G. Joseph, The Chancellor of Garden City University graced the occasion with some motivating words of wisdom. He invited all the students to come and join the Reunion Day every third Saturday of June in the years to

come. ‘Positive thinking is the key to a healthy lifestyle’, said Dr. V.G Joseph when asked about mantra for youthful and good health. Reconnect 2018 was a proud moment for all the students and teachers as the students continue to excel in their professions and in their lives. It stood as an event of a gentle reminder that GCC has molded and guided the students to bring out the best in their students.
