What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Engagement, passion and inspiration”

I think the prime reason that has kept me connected to the profession is the love for teaching. I also have a passion for research, to know and explore new things. With changing environmental conditions, remoulding and restructuring the syllabus into the form for providing best education to coming generations is also my focus area. I also derive inspiration from great leaders like Savitribai Jyotirao Phule and Abdul Kalam who devoted their life to education.

What can an inbound student gain from studying here at your Institute?

“Practical approaches towards education, society and life”

DMI has its own philosophy and vision of creating managers with global vision and Indian values. Apart from SPPU imparted syllabus, we have integrated various activities not included in the syllabus to make students industry ready. We are the only institute that imparts Social Awareness to our students through activities like Shramanubhav Shibir, Nirmal Vari Yatra, Eco Rangers. Also, the institute is evolving with the changing requirements of industry from higher education. The syllabus and subjects are being updated regularly. We have a College Development Committee which has members from Industry who are part of policy making and contributing to our vision to reduce the Industry institute gap. Incubation and Start up Cell is also a part of the vision to inculcate and support entrepreneurial culture among the youth. We also provide the Social Connect and Social Entrepreneurship opportunities, and contribute to the upliftment of society.
