What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“The participative way of leadership to set and achieve a single aim of development”

In the educational field, the philosophy of leadership is “each of your acts should be towards the upliftment of the thinking-level and refining the thought process of students”. The leadership should always aim towards creating a single goal of development and achieving all that has been essential for the college as well as students connected to the college. The more the participation, the more would be the good communication among the faculty members.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Go with the passion, learn with interest and maintain the concentration towards work”

Being in the field of education for several years, my advice would be:

  1. Conquer your inhibitions.
  2. Be curious, explore, ask questions however silly they may seem
  3. Read good books. Maintaining the habit of reading helps us maintain concentration.
  4. In the present scenario of technical advances, keep updating your technical prowess. Learn new skills, software, programming languages.
