My experience with the education sector is precious. Some of the factors connecting me with the education industry are transforming, guiding and educating a student. It gives me immense pleasure. I need to transform a student into a well-educated citizen. That is a rewarding journey for me.

Leadership is different in the education sector and private industry. I follow a leadership philosophy of motivating faculties and students through a proper structure of studies. It helps them in achieving the best possible outcome in education. A leader needs to look at the feedback mechanism in a campus. It is essential to develop a new plan, and syllabus based on feedback. I always focus on teamwork and a leader evolves from the team work.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the administration of SKITM?

“Assist to develop innovation, syllabus update and idea generation on campus”

Our campus focuses on the innovation process, idea generation, and new syllabus. We try to develop various books in the mechanical engineering department which is currently under process. All these books are easy to understand and up to industry demand. I have been working in the education sector for more than 30 years. We help the campus in developing new ideas and innovation work.

“Students, facilities and management are our greatest strengths"

One of the greatest strengths of campus are students, and faculty members. Governors and chairman boards provide us freedom to do anything for the betterment of the academics. I have never seen any campus in Indore provide freedom for faculty by the governor and chairman board.
