The reason being in the last year college graduates have reported some impressive achievements because of computer program. The school board puts forward a proposal that all school should consider computer program as part of student cirriculam annually . This will add to the rise in success ratio and decrease the number students who try to leave the school. The newspaper editorial suggests that the board of Nova High School should invest a large number of funds to buy more computers to increase the knowledge of interactive computer learning. The author also encourages the other schools to adopt interactive computer instruction throughout the curriculum. Further, the argument states that after school started to use interactive computer instruction in three academic subjects some graduates reported splendid results in college.

The author’s proportion depends on the two observations.

(a) Immediate declined rate of school dropout after using interactive computer instruction in three academic subjects.

(b) Outstanding achievements in college by the graduates of Nova High School.

The argument does not mention the other key factors that need to be considered during the evaluation. The author’s perception, while aiming to build up causation between the decrease in the dropout rate and the interactive computer education, overlooks essential factors.

First of all, the argument states that after the use of interactive computer instruction the dropout rate immediately decreased. The author does not mention any specific data about the actual reason behind the declined dropout rate.
