Demographic trends indicate that an increasing number of people will be reaching college age over the next 10 years; consequently, we can expect that the job market will improve dramatically for people seeking college-level teaching positions in their fields.”

In the given argument, the author implies that the job market would gradually improve. It would dramatically be improved over the next decade as people are trying to seek College level teaching positions in their fields. The author needs to improve the evidence with more arguments that are persuasive. The author states that people who don’t have graduate degrees would find it difficult to get jobs in academic specialties. But the author also fails to take into account the fact that people might contribute in such a situation. 

First of all, an expanded number of individuals arriving at college age doesn't mean they will enlist for a course accessible at Waymarsh University. Besides, there is no data given regarding the interests and needs of individuals arriving at college age like their educational inclination, and their aim to work in the particular profession post-graduation. For instance, the new age of graduates might be keen on businesses or entrepreneurship as opposed to working in the teaching profession. Also, with the internet's progress, there is a possibility that degree aspirants may turn to web learning instead of college training. It is noticeable that those posts’ standards are getting increasingly elevated with the overall academic improvement. Consequently, the individuals who have graduated will find it difficult to take the positions since they are rivaling the individuals who have expert or Ph.D. degrees. And there's no guarantee that the increasing number of college-age will significantly improve the job market for individuals who have graduate degrees.

Secondly, the argument claims that the argument states that graduates are unable to secure positions while teaching academic specializations at the college level. Although, the conclusion discusses the new generation of students trying for college-level teaching posts. However, the author fails to take into account other facts that might contribute to such a situation. For example, Artificial Intelligence is a rising subject, and there are a lot of job opportunities. On the other hand, traditional literature is not in demand and nobody is even interested to study that anymore. Thus, this argument is unjustified without not including such academic trends. In addition, regardless of whether the restricted population is the primary factor for the difficulty to secure college-level teaching positions, it is not necessarily showing that the increasing number of students of college age will contribute to the situation. More individuals arriving at college-age likewise implies that more individuals are arriving at the age to graduate from college. There will be more people who have graduate degrees competing for academic positions. Therefore, the demographic patterns referred to cannot prove the author’s decision.
