NEET 2021 Question Paper is available below to help candidates in preparing for the exam. The paper was prepared based on the revised exam pattern and thus featured 200 questions with internal choices in part B of each subject.
- Around 8.70 lakh candidates qualified the exam by clearing the cutoffs in 2021 and become eligible for NEET Counselling.
- Mrinal Kutteri from Telangana, and Tanmay Gupta from Delhi became the male NEET Toppers of the year by securing AIR 1 rank.
- Karthika G Nair from Maharashtra became the female topper of NEET 2021 and she too achieved AIR Rank 1.
- Among the top 10 Rank holders of the examination, 3 were from Uttar Pradesh, 2 were from Delhi, 2 were from Karnataka, 1 was from Haryana, 1 was from Gujarat and 1 was from Telangana.

NEET 2021 was conducted on September 12,2021. The overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate. The section-wise distribution of easy, medium and difficult questions are given below.
Physics
- Physics was the toughest section of NEET 2021.
- 15 Easy questions were present in the section.
- 26 Medium difficulty questions were present in the section.
- 9 Difficult questions were asked in the section.
Chemistry
- The Chemistry section was moderate in difficulty.
