NEET 2021 Question Paper had Questions from which candidates can attempt 180 questions. As per the updated NEET Exam Pattern only the total number of questions was increased in the paper. For each correct answer +4 marks and -1 mark were deducted as penalties for any incorrect answers. NEET 2021 Question Paper was higher on difficulty level than 2020 paper.
