As an IITTM Gwalior student, I would say IIITM Gwalior is the best choice amongst K.J. Somaiya SIMSR in Mumbai and IMT Ghaziabad.
To answer this question accurately might be difficult since we do not have the internal data with us and the exact numbers can vary year to year. But, commonly, large numbers of students are from outside Maharashtra.
In JBIMS, the number of non-domicile seats is 18 out of 120, so you can't expect those 18 students to be from outside Maharashtra. It is worth noting that the exact ratio would also depend on several factors like the college's popularity, the number of seats available, and the program they are offering.
CW-1 - Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action
CW-2 - Wards of serving personnel and ex-servicemen disabled in action
CW-3 - Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel who died in peacetime with death attributable to military service
CW-4 - Wards of Defence Personnel disabled in peacetime with disability attributable to military service
CW-5 - Wards of Ex-Servicemen and Serving Personnel including Police Personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Awards
The CW seats also depend on your CAT percentile. Although the CW level is important, your academic profile and CAT percentile also matter. So you should target the highest possible percentile to improve your chances of admission.
If you are waitlisted at 20 in the first waitlist, there is a fair chance that you can convert it in the upcoming waitlists. As the waitlist of new and babyIIMs moves, the speed at which the waitlist of colleges that comes below IIM in rankings, like TAPMI, is pretty faster, so it is likely that you will get a call from TAPMI. The waitlist for TAPMI easily moves from 400 - 600, so considering the waitlist of 20, there is a high chance that you will get a call from the college.

Freshers: Apart from freshers, this category also includes those with up to 1.5 years of experience. They get offers from Marketing and Finance domains usually.
Experienced: This category comprises people with more than 1.5 years of experience. The roles most offered to them are Investment Banking and Operations.
Apart from work experience, there are many other major factors on which placements depend. For instance,
At SPJIMR, the roles are distributed quite equally despite the work experience gap. Like any other B School, there are toppers as well as lowest-level students. The rest receive an average income.
To be frank, none of the institutes you mentioned are worth joining for an MBA. Jamia is a bad choice for MBA and is likely a tier III institution while Jaipuria is probably tier IV. Jamia Millia Islamia average package for MBA 2022 is INR 8.8 LPA while Jaipuria Institute of Management's average package (2021-2023) is INR 12.34 LPA. The ROI offered is extremely low considering the fact that the cost of an MBA program is almost double the pay package you receive.
MBA is best taught at tier-1 and tier-2 colleges like IIM AND FMS. If you go for an average B School you will end up with a useless degree and a loan to repay.
However, if you are left with only these two options, then Jamia is still a better choice than Jaipuria as the fees charged are less.

Corporate Career – IMT Hyderabad would be the better choice if you want to get involved in a corporate career.
Startups – IMT Hyderabad is not actually good for startups. It is worthless to spend 15-18 lakh here. It is good to opt for a distance mode or choose IIM for a business career
In both cases, success depends on your hard work and determination
It is based on your interests. Great Lakes is a comparatively good institute that offers effective academics and the best infrastructure facilities, especially in the IT sector. But if you are interested in concentrating on other fields like HR, Finance, and so on, then opt for NMIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, XIMB, and the New IIMS.
