Now coming back to the question of your chances of getting into ISB, it seems I know nothing about your profile. I will state some general points regarding ISB Hyderabad admissions
More than work experience, the quality of your work and achievements matter more. While writing the essays mention the unique qualities and roles you have fulfilled in life.

My brother has had an experience with both campuses and claims that both colleges are unique in their own aspects. Some major differences between the two campuses are
Rather than choosing the campus, make the best out of whatever is available to you.
The YLP program is one of the most competitive programs as its candidates are students who have no work experience yet are desperate for admission. In order to compensate for the lack of work experience in the YLP admits, ISB looks for candidates that have excellent caliber. This can be evaluated through their accomplishments in life such as extracurricular experiences, social work, or extra certificates. Therefore only people from top institutions from all over India with exceptional profiles are able to make it.
Considering your profile, I will only give you the truth. Since you have no additional qualifications and lack in many areas the chances of admission are very less. However, don't get discouraged, instead work on your MBA essay. This might be your last chance for admission. You can show your talents and how you are a unique individual and can achieve great success. Another way is to go for the Early Entry Option which gives you additional 2 years to improve your profile.
Your job prospects are defined by your specialization and the industry or sector you are willing to choose.
Domains like International Business, Sales, marketing, or strategic planning can fetch you a package of around 15 Lakh to 30 Lakh INR. You can expect a higher salary if you invest in your core education and experience.
You can go for other sectors too and secure jobs in MNCs that offer packages as high as INR 50 Lakh. The roles offered by Tech companies like Google, IBM, and GE offer some of the most coveted roles. At the end, all that matters is your profile and your job inclinations.
ISB Hyderabad MBA admission depends on various factors like GMAT score and work experience. Based on these parameters your profile is quite a good one. However, these factors are influenced by some other factors as well like
Your achievements in the work you have done so far.
Your MBA essay constitutes the most crucial part of your profile. Your purpose for pursuing MBA, why you are choosing ISB Hyderabad and what are your goals in life. Clarity of goals is always awarded and considered a striking characteristic.
A letter of recommendation is another way of gaining the upper hand in ISB Hyderabad MBA admission. Choose people who really know you and can cite some good examples from your life story and present you the way you are.
The personal interview is the final and most impactful round that needs to be dealt with smartly.
So a good GMAT score is not the only requirement for getting admitted to ISB Hyderabad. You need to work on your overall profile.
From my friends' experience, February or March is the best time to attempt your GMAT for YLP at ISB Hyderabad. The logic behind this has been explained below.
The Round 1 is a basic filter round that evaluates you on the basis of your essay, extracurriculars, and academic credentials.
Now, Round 2 evaluates you on the basis of your GMAT score, essays, LOR, resume and attachments of other valid credentials.
The usual gap between Round 2 and 3 is 4 months. Usually the time given for GMAT preparation and Round 2 application submission is 4 months. But if your profile is lacking in any aspect, finishing the GMAT by February and March gives you additional time to improve your profile through essays or other categories. This increases your performance in the Interview.
So the best way is to complete your GMAT before Round 1 to avail maximum benefits.
B Schools focus on overall profiles rather than individual parameters. Individually speaking your 12th score values a lot in ISB Hyderabad admission. But if you look at the bigger picture it is just one of the many factors that determine one’s eligibility. B Schools specially ISB Hyderabad prefer candidates with an overall pleasing profile rather than extraordinary performance in one area only. For instance, someone with splendid past academics may not get admission because he wrote a poor essay or performed badly at the interview.
If you are bothered a lot by your low marks in class 10 or 12, you should have a logical reason for your poor performance. Also, you should compensate for poor scores by getting excellent GMAT scores and working on other areas like EQ and IQ. Another way to compensate for average past performance is by portraying an excellent extracurricular background or the social work you have done so far.
The most crucial part is the clarity of goals. More than any score what matters is the reason you choose MBA and that too from ISB Hyderabad.
Your profile should have something that sets you apart from other candidates and increases your chances of admission.
