BITS Goa BE Mechanical Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria :

• Candidates should have passed the 10+2 class examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
• The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects

Admissions to undergraduate programs are offered only in B.E. at BITS Goa. There are 6 specializations that are offered for which the selection process is the same. Read on to gather information about admissions, eligibility, entrances required and the selection criteria.

B.E. Eligibility

There are 2 types of criteria to be eligible for admissions to B.E. program at BITS Goa:

1. BITSAT- Passed 10+2 from a recognized State or Central Board with a minimum of 75% in PCM.
2. Direct Admission- State Board Toppers are offered direct admissions irrespective of their BITSAT scores, only if they have the highest aggregate in PCM/are Science stream toppers.
