IIIT Delhi B.Tech: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. IIIT Delhi provided Fee waivers to students belonging to Delhi, based on the following criteria

• Students from families Below the Poverty Line are given a 100% Fee Waiver
• Parents whose yearly income is within INR 6LPA and whose Last school fees the student paid was less than INR 45,000 per year will be given a 50% Fee Waiver
• Parents whose yearly income ranges from INR 6LPA to INR 8 LPA and whose Last school fee student paid less than INR 0.60LPA per year will be given a 25% Fee waiver

Ans. IIIT Delhi provides hostel facilities to the students who will apply for the facility. Two separate hostels are available for boys and girls. Has a total of 4 hostels with three for boys with a total number of beds - 508,394,280 respectively and 1 hostel for girls with 380 beds plus 10 dormitories. 22 married hostel accommodations for PhD students. The hostel rooms are fully furnished according to the requirements of the students. The rooms consist of a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, etc along with ACs in summers and heaters in winters. Every hostel has its own hostel Committee

Ans. The final year B.Tech students of IIIT Delhi are provided a stipend for their Internship as follows:

• Median Stipend – INR 35,000 per month
• Average Stipend – INR 50,000 per month
• Highest Stipend – INR 1 LAKH per month (Domestic)

INR 7.1 LAKHS per Month (Overseas)

The Pre- Final year B.Tech student, will be receiving the stipend of:

• Median Stipend – INR 35,000 per month
• Average Stipend – INR 50,000 per month

Ans. The following are the eligibility criteria for selection to Financial Education Sponsorship in IIIT Delhi in which the 1st year academic +dormitory fees are paid by the Institution itself:

• Students of IIIT- -D must have enrolled in a full-time B.Tech course and are in 1st year
• Student must have 75%+ in Class 12
• If the candidate is economically weak will be considered.
• Must have not enrolled in any other support or scholarship program
