NIT Delhi M.Tech Vlsi Technology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

At the PG level, the institute offers two-year master degree programs in 6 different fields of engineering.

NIT Delhi admits students to its postgraduate programmes on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering-GATE and through CCMT Counseling. The intake of students to these postgraduate programmes is 15 each.

NIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates having passed B.Tech in relevant streams, from any recognized University or its equivalent, with 60% aggregate in all semesters (55% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST/ Others).
• Candidates appearing in their final exams are also eligible to apply provided they have to submit their provisional mark sheet with no backlog papers.
• Admissions are made on all India basis, with reservations as per Government of India norms.
• The admission is based on a valid GATE score, through the CCMT counselling.

NIT Delhi M.Tech Selection Criteria

• Admission will be granted on the basis of the GATE score.
• After the declaration of GATE results, the students can log in to the CCMT website in order to apply for the counseling process with respect to their scores.
• Candidates have to fill the college choices from the given institutions for M.Tech programs in order of their priority.
• Candidates are offered admission based on their GATE score, and reservation.
• If allotted any seat, candidates need to pay Seat Acceptance fees INR 30,000/- for General candidates, and INR 10,000/- for reserved candidates.
• After this, the candidates must collect the allotment order, and aspirants have to report to the college and get enrolled before the last date.

• Candidates must visit the college website for the detailed admission process and fee structure.
• Visit the GATE website, and read all the instructions.
• Register yourself, enter the mandatory details, upload the relevant documents (if any), complete the application form, pay the application fee, and submit.
• Download the admit card, and appear for the examination.
• After the declaration of results, visit the CCMT website.
• Register and fill-in the required details, pay the counselling fee.
• Appear for the counselling, and select your preferred college and course.
