NIT Calicut B.Sc + B.Ed : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The course offers a structured schedule with a strong faculty-student rapport, supporting effective learning. It includes two exams per year, the mid-semester and end-semester, which focus on application-level questions. Although the exams are moderately difficult, they increase in difficulty each semester. Students can retake exams via rex and makeup exams if needed. Tuition fees for general category students are around ₹1,10,000 per semester, and lower fees are available for OBC, SC, and ST categories. From the second semester, the tuition fees drop to ₹48,000. The B.Ed integrated program has a first-semester fee of ₹1,24,000, with reductions for SC/ST students. Initial hostel and mess fees total ₹55,000, followed by ₹33,000 for subsequent semesters. Hostel fees per semester are ₹60,000. Students with income certificates showing earnings below ₹1 lakh pay reduced fees of ₹12,000 per semester, which includes ₹9,000 for hostel rent. Fees increase with higher income levels, particularly for those earning ₹3 lakh and ₹5 lakh. Although scholarships are not provided, loans and reservations are available to assist students financially.
