Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years Full-time Ph.D. program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

Candidates should possess minimum of 60% marks (CGPA 6.5/10) or equivalent both in Bachelors's and Masters's degrees in a relevant area from an Institution recognized by UGC/AICTE [For SC/ST/PWD candidates 55% (CGPA 6.0/10) or equivalent both in Bachelors and Masters degrees].
Candidates shall be required to have passed both the bachelor's and master's degrees in regular full time. In addition, the candidates should have a valid UGC/NET/CSIR/JRF fellowship in the relevant areas tenable from the current year.
Candidates who have master’s degree in engineering and technology with GATE score, OR applying for internal/external/part-time scheme of registration, OR have managerial experience for not less than five years in a reputed organization do not require UGC/NET/CSIR/JRF fellowship
