Scholarships and aid: vit offers various scholarships and financial aid programs, supporting academic excellence, financial need, and exceptional achievements campus employment: opportunities like research and library assistant roles provide valuable experience and stipends, easing financial burdens.
The college is nice and supportive for the students . institute provides good teachers who are always ready to clear the concepts even in midnight.
Placements are good seniors are getting quite good opportunities to work and research which leads to great placements and good internships the average ctc is also good on average 9lpa got to everyone.

Dislikes

Teachers! most teachers are from south so it's difficult for north students to get settled.
You fail a subject you are supposed to repeat it in the next semester while paying a fee of 6000
The food stalls that we have here have no hygeine that i hate

Placement Experience:

The placement training starts in February and the season goes on till the 8th semester ie May next year. The process is very transparent in which you'll get a mail from companies about their offer and hiring process. First would be the ore placement talk which is either conducted online or in anna auditorium. Then if shortlisted you'll go through interview rounds and selected based on that. Average CTC would be 5-6 LPA according to my knowledge and mass recruitment companies that come to VIT are Ion trading group, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, cognizant. They pay around 4lpa. Ion pays exceptionally well (14LPA) but take up a lot of people. The companies students aim here for are Bain and co, Flipkart, Zs associates, Moody's analytics, BlackRock, etc these companies offer amazing compensation and have a very good growth prospect for the students.
