Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) offers full-time B.Tech programs in-house and in its affiliated colleges. The duration of the programs is 4 years spread over 8 semesters.

MAKAUT B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
A candidate desirous of getting admission into such courses must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (PCM) in 10+2 from State Board / CBSE / ICSE or equivalent examination.
MAKAUT B.Tech Admission Guidelines
Applicants have to clear WBJEE to be eligible for admission to the B.Tech courses. For lateral entry admission, Candidates must appear in JELET.
A merit list is prepared based on performance in these entrance examinations along with marks secured in the last qualifying examination. After completion of the counselling process candidates can reserve a seat in an affiliated college and discipline of their choice.

- Submit the application form and retain the admission slip for future reference
- Make a final submission by making payment of application fee online either using Net Banking/Credit/Debit card etc.
