NIT Nagaland M.Tech. and M.Sc. Eligibility Criteria

M.Tech. - To be eligible, the candidates must possess a B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 60% marks.

M.Sc. - Candidates must possess a B.Sc. degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks SC/ST candidates). Non-JAM candidates are also eligible for admission.

NIT Nagaland M.Tech. and M.Sc. Selection Criteria

M.Tech. - The admission will be done through the GATE Entrance Examination. After the entrance examination, selected candidates are called upon for the counseling round. NIT Dimapur enrolls students in its M.Tech. programs through a Centralized Counselling (CCMT). The CCMT is an online admission procedure common for all National Institutes of Technologies (NITs).

M.Sc. - Admission to M.Sc. program will be done through CCMN for JAM qualified candidates. The remaining seats after CCMN counseling will be filled through Institutional Entrance Examination.

Tuition Fee waiver of 100% rewarded to SC/ST/PH students.
