Master Of Education [M.Ed] (Automotive Engineering (teacher training))
Field of Study:
- The master’s teacher training degree program in Automotive Engineering is a continuation of the same-titled bachelor’s degree. In the master’s program, students learn how to teach content from their subject combination to students at vocational schools.
- Students deepen their knowledge of fundamentals of the subject area as well as their knowledge of educational sciences, the teaching methodology of their core and secondary subject as well as language acquisition/German as a second language.
- In the technical component of the curriculum, students will hone their skills for planning, teaching, and reflecting on lessons. They will also learn skills in teaching methodology to apply to classroom research. The educational science sections of the program allow them to acquire interdisciplinary skills from the areas of the psychology of learning and educational diagnostics.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
The admission requirements of the program are:
- Students require to have an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or an equivalent degree.
- The students whose official language is not English must submit the English Language Proficiency scores like IELTS or TOEFL.
- Submission of the GRE is not mandatory but will strengthen the application.

VISA
A German Student Visa is necessary for all international students who wish to study in Germany, with the exception of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Swiss nationals who can do so without a visa.
Even the national visa grants students the right to remain in Germany for the initial 3 months of a course. During this period, they are required to apply for a residence permit to extend their stay in Germany. Students should do this while their entry visa is still valid. The maximum period they will be receiving through such a residence permit is 2 years.
The required documents to apply for a German student visa:
- A duly-filled application form
- A smart cover letter stating the purpose and duration of students' stay.
- Valid national passport. (It must have three more months of validity on the day you leave Germany)
- Two photocopies of your passport.
- Three recently taken biometric portrait photographs.
- Certificate of birth.
- Covered health insurance
- Letter of Admission into a study program from the German University
- Proof of Payment to the college/university
- Evidence of the earlier education.
- Proof of Financial Resources to support their stay in Germany (Blocked Account Paper, preferably)
- Scores of Language Tests in Germany(Proof of German if students are applying for a course taught in German only)
