Academic Eligibility:

• Completed degree in Law, Sinology / Chinese Studies or another relevant subject. If no degree in Law has been achieved, at least 36 CP in law studies must be proven.
• basic knowledge of the Chinese language.
• the diploma in the form of a certified copy; if the originals are not in English or German, the diploma is a certified German or English translation. If the final certificate is not yet available, a certificate of the work performed, the credits and the average grade,

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Applicants whose mother tongue is not modern standard Chinese must have adequate knowledge of modern standard Chinese at the level A.2.1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ??or have level 2 of the Hàny? Shu?píng K?oshì (HSK).
• Sufficient Knowledge of Chinese can be achieved through the following language certificates or minimum performance can be proven in the following tests:
  • Hàny? Shu?píng K?oshì (HSK) - level 2,
  • Huáy?wén nénglì cèyàn; Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) - Level 2,
  • UNIcert Basis.
• Applicants who neither have a German university entrance qualification still have their bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from a German university must have sufficient knowledge of the German language.
