Mr. Mohammad Alam is a Training and Placement Officer in the ShivajiRao Kadam Group of Institution, Madhya Pradesh. He did MBA from Devi Ahilya University, PGDCA from DAVV, Indore, and pursuing his Ph.D. in area of management from DAVV, Indore. He has more than 13 years of experience in the education sector. He published many papers in UGC-approved journals. He placed thousands of students in the last 13+ years successfully. 

What keeps you connected with the Education Sector and share your experience so far with the campus?

“To contribute to national development and create innovative teaching methods practically”

We develop engineers, doctors, pharmacists, managers, administrators, and business persons through education. It is the backbone of any country. I like to contribute to national development by working in the education sector. This thought connects me with the education sector. We always work together as a team and impart various teaching methods practically. It lead to overall career growth of students, and get valuable space to the industries. 

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students in Shivaji Rao Kadam Group of Institution?

“To empower students through professional and technical training”

Our primary goal is to enrich competencies and delivery of students as per industry standards. I am always involved in bridging the gaps between academic and industry requirements. My duty is to focus on professional and technical training for students. 

Do you have any programs to enhance the skills of the students and expose them to real-world challenges?

“Provide training and improve the skills of students from the campus”

We provide training for students from the first semester onwards. It improves their skills and knowledge. Our campus keeps a separate training time table as per university syllabus. Hence, we get a productive engineer, manager, or professional at the end. 

What was your vision for the Shivaji Rao Kadam Group of Institution and how to achieve the same?

“To provide high quality education and 100% placements for students”

I analysed the vision and mission of the campus before joining. Our vision is to give high quality education in a professional and technical way. It covers the requirements and desires of society. We focus on 100% placement results to fulfil students' aspirations.

What is the placement statistics of Shivaji Rao Kadam Group of Institution?

“More than 80% of placement occurs in our campus each year”

 Our placement status this year is comparatively higher than previous one. More than 260 opportunities are available on campus placements. The highest number of percentages takes place in the ECE department. ME,CSE and MBA departments also achieve 90% above placements each year. 

What is your average and highest package offered to the student? 

“Highest package of 10 Lpa and average package of 4 Lpa is available for pupils”

We got an average pack of 4 lpa recently for students. The highest package available in placements is 10 Lpa. Upcoming campus placement of 2023 started recently and average package is 5 Lpa now.

What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from curriculum to train the students?

“Train students for communication, technical and soft skills to face a competitive world”

We provide training and technical certifications from the first year onwards. It assists students to be ready for industry and get placements easily. Our campus also working at the micro-level to train pupils in Communication, Technical, and Soft-skills.

“Higher learning, industry experts sessions and soft skill training are provided to students”

We work on innovative skills and transform them into students. They can attain professionals and technical skills easily. Our campus focuses on higher learning, and makes a connection with industries. We train students by Industry experts sessions and give soft-skills training with experienced trainers.

“Qualified faculties, and proficient management are our greatest strengths”

Our primary strength is qualified faculties and students. We discuss every matter with advisory board members. Industry connections assist us to update syllabus every year.
