CAT 2019 Slot 1 was conducted between 9.00 am to 12:00 am. The overall difficulty level of this slot was reported to be moderate to difficult.
- QA was slightly easier than in the past years.
- In QA, there was a high number of questions from Arithmetic and Algebra. However, there were only 2 questions on Numbers.
- Questions from Arithmetic were the highest at 14 followed by 13 questions from algebra.
