Last year, my friend was in a similar dilemma and decided to seek help directly from a PhD student at IIT Indore. Surprisingly enough, the fellow's first question was if I had other options.
He explained that the CE branch here is new and lacks credibility yet. The labs aren’t well established and the seniors are equally clueless about the future. This helped my friend a lot as he then switched to IIT Patna EE and to date, he hasn’t regretted his decision even once as it is one of the best UG branches of IIT Patna.
Lastly, don’t give up on IIT Indore just because it is in Patna. Irrespective of whichever city it belongs to an IIT will serve you the best!
Both of them are excellent engineering colleges that guarantee good academics and placement support for their students. Electrical engineering has ample opportunities in the future, so the institute you choose for your foundational study is very important. The comparisons of IIT BHU and BITS Pilani given below might help you make a wiser decision
Infrastructures and Campus life – BITS Pilani is leading in terms of infrastructures as they have fully furnished buildings and will provide you with a more resourceful campus life than IIT BHU
Faculty and Research – IIT BHU is rich with experienced scholars since it is established many years ago and have the top research units than BITS Pilani
Library and Hostel Facilities – Both institutes offer a good library with a collection of numerous books and provide the best hostel facilities.
Department – BITS Pilani has the best Electrical Engineering department which is among the three institutes in India that has an Oyster Lab facility
Placement – Both institutes give effective placement support to the students
So, it is wiser to choose BITS Pilani for electrical engineering.

IIT Mandi is a reputed institute for engineering education in India and is known for its strong emphasis on research and innovation. The electrical department at IIT Mandi offers an M.Tech program with a focus on electrical engineering, power systems, and renewable energy. The program is well-regarded by the industry and academia. The students of this department are provided with ample opportunities to engage in cutting-edge research projects.
Masters from any IIT will have equal worth all you need to do is make the most out of your degree. I know a friend who completed his master's from IIT Mandi in signal processing. He availed all the opportunities offered and invested maximum time and effort. Today he is pursuing his Ph.D. from the University of Texas Dallas and is also a Research Assistant at UT Southwestern.
Overall, IIT Mandi is a great choice for anyone interested in pursuing an M.Tech in electrical engineering.

It's tough to choose between MNIT Jaipur Civil, NIT Hammirpur ECE, EE, or NIT Kurukshetra EE. The answer depends on your interests alone. However here are a few things you would like to consider
Ultimately, the final decision depends on your inclinations and future prospects so choose wisely.
In case you are considering a branch change, the better option between IIT Mandi and IIT Jodhpur is the latter. Here are 2 solid reasons that support my stance.
In the end, it’s better to visit the websites of both IITs and go through their programs, as well as talk to current students or alumni to get a better sense of which one might be a better fit for you.
Both CET and VSSUT offer equally good quality education. The teaching scenario is similar and students have to usually depend on self-study. The curriculum is outdated and faculties have the least interest in imparting knowledge apart from regular coursework.
Core placements, however, are better at VSSUT than CET. This is because VSSUT is at least 25 years older than CET and has an elaborate alumni network across many top companies. However, overall both institutes have pretty good placement scenarios.
CET however is better in terms of co-curricular activities, availability of coaching, connectivity with the rest of the state and country, and quality of living. CET students have a record of performing well in competitive exams like GATE, CAT, ESE, UPSC CSE, etc over the years. It’s also better in terms of infrastructure.
Overall, there isn’t much of a difference in terms of college life as the quality of your peers will almost be the same.
