Candidate need to have I)M.A. in English / Sociology /Economics./Psychology/MBAHR)/Sanskrit. II) Minimum first class or 6.75 CPI / CGPA on a 10 point scale at Bachelor's or Master's level. III) Qualified GATE / NET score in the past

PhD Humanities

The part-time Ph.D. category fellows who have completed seven years, but could not submit a thesis under specified criteria (Two SCI/SCIE/AHCUSSCI Journal publications) have to apply for re-registration with consent from supervisors and the RPC committee through the proper channels. Re-registration process is to be done every year. Re-registration fees is Rs. 25000/- (per year after completion of 7 years from the date of registration).
