NIT Durgapur M.Tech: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

NIT Durgapur M.Tech admission 2024 will be based on the GATE scores followed by CCMT counseling. For NIT Durgapur MTech Admission 2024, GATE Registrations have started from August 30. The closing date of regular registration is September 29, 2023. Along with that, the deadline for extended online registration or application process (with late fee) is 13^th October, 2023. Furthermore, GATE 2024 tentative exam dates have been announced. • Register for the admission with a valid E-mail ID by providing GATE credentials, qualifying degrees, personal details etc.
• After successful registration, Login ID and password will be generated.

NIT Durgapur M.Tech Course Details 

• The M.Tech program at NIT Durgapur is spread over 4 semesters.
• The academic program in each semester consists of course work and/or Thesis / Project work as specified by the Senate for each specialization.
• The 1st and 2nd semester of the M.Tech program consists of 24 credits in total each semester. While for 3rd and 4th semesters the credits are 13 and 14 respectively. 
• A candidate needs to perform a project and project seminar during the 2nd year of the program.
