JEE Main 2023 Answer Key Challenge- How to Raise Objections?
JEE Main 2023 answer key challenge can be made with a payment of INR 200 per obejction. The steps to JEE Main 2023 Answer Key challenge have been mentioned below.
- Visit JEE Mains Answer Key 2023 NTA official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in 2023 and click on the link for JEE Main Answer Key download.
- Log in using your application number and password/ DOB.
- A new window opens, click on the option for ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’.
- The Question IDs are displayed in sequential order for each of the three papers (B.E/B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning).
- In case of an objection, use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box.
- Upload the supporting documents by choosing ‘Choose File’ option.
- Save your Claim and move to the next screen which displays the Option IDs that have been challenged.
- Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’.
- Select the mode of payment of processing fee (INR 200 per challenge)- Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm.
- Once the payment is successful, all the challenges raised are submitted. Candidates must now wait for NTA’s decision on the challenges raised.
Calculate Score Using JEE Main Answer Key 2023
- Once candidates have viewed JEE Main 2023 answer key and response sheet, they can tally their answers with the ones given in the answer key to calculate the scores.
- Candidates are awarded 4 marks for every correct answer.
- Every wrong answer is negatively marked i.e.1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
- If a candidate didn’t attempt a question, that question is not evaluated and the candidate secures zero marks for that particular question.
- Based on this marking scheme, candidates can calculate and get a rough estimate of the total marks they might be securing in JEE Main 2023.

NTA had dropped five MCQs and rectified 2 NATs in JEE Main 2023 Final Answer Key PDF for January Session. Except for 1 question, all the dropped questions were from the Mathematics section. Candidates were not awarded any marks in the 4 dropped questions during the compilation of JEE Main 2023 Session 1 Result.

NTA has dropped 4 questions from the provisional JEE Main answer key 2023. 2 questions have been rectified. The four questions dropped are all MCQs.
Apart from these 4 MCQs, NTA has also rectified 2 NATs in the provisional answer key. Of the two questions, the NAT from Jan 25 Shift 1 paper had different answers in the English and Hindi version of the papers.
