JEE Mains 2021 B.E./B.Tech on August 4, 2021- Afternoon Session was conducted only for the candidates who were supposed to give examinations in Kolhapur, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Sindhudurg, Sangli and Satara. NTA rearranged the JEE Main B.E./B.Tech exam on August 4 only for those candidates who had to skip the examination due to flooding issues, caused by heavy rainfall across the region. The question paper carried 90 questions, out of which only 75 questions were mandatory to attempt. It was mandatory for the test-takers to attempt 25 questions from each section.

JEE Main 2021 B.Arch Question Paper - Paper Analysis

According to the candidates, the General Aptitude section was the easiest section in the question paper. The drawing section was the most lengthy and time-consuming section in the paper. Mathematics carried more questions from class 11th than class 12th. Please refer to the below-mentioned table to get chapter wise analysis of the Mathematics section-

Coordinate Geometry carried the most number of questions. Coordinate Geometry was the only section, carrying 5 questions in the Mathematics section.

Both MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and Non-MCQs were a part of the question paper. Correct MCQs and Non-MCQs would give 4 marks to the candidates. Wrong MCQs will lead to a reduction by 1 mark. While no negative marking would be followed in case of Non-MCQs.
