Which should I choose among DTU CSE, MNIT Jaipur CSE, and IIIT Allahabad IT?

DTU would be a better option for pursuing CSE than MNIT Jaipur or IIIT Allahabad. The reasons to choose DTU over other universities are as follows:

Reputation: DTU is an institution that's ranked 29th among Delhi's top engineering schools. DTU is where the action happens. DTU secured the 7th position in India Today's Best Engineering Government Colleges survey. This does reflect its academic excellence.

The answer highly depends on your preference. If you are aspiring to be a good programmer, you should think of going to IIIT Allahabad. The curriculum is based on a coding point of view as compared to the other colleges you have mentioned.

You will have a very programming-centric course right from the first year. Most of the students do very well in coding competitions.
DTU CSE would also be another good option for you but the seats in this branch are quite limited so there is a lot of competition.
If you are looking at the personality development aspects, it is also quite good. Many people also choose to ignore this parameter, but it is quite important. There are a number of opportunities available with DTU in many sectors as it is located in Delhi.
MNIT Jaipur would not be as good as the other two options as IIIT Allahabad provides the best options.
