IIT Patna M.Tech Admission 2023

IIT Patna offers the two-year M.Tech program in eight specializations, namely, Mathematics & Computing, Nanoscience & Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechatronics, Communication System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering.

Admissions to the program are done through the GATE entrance examination followed by COAP counseling.

B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Students must have at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale in graduation (For SC/ ST 55% marks).
