Students are seated in a class-->60 strength in mine specialization and in your degree --> 60 The girls:boys ratio for your course and for the college overall-->15/60 cultural diversity of the class-->UP,BIHAR,HARYANA,PUNJAB majority of students of above students come in college the peer group-->Some about good or bad students genuinely attend the classes for learning --->Yes

There is a batch of 50 students in a class. And in a course only 100 students allowed to enter in first year, so on this basis 2 classrooms are made of Section -A and B. So total strength in d.el.ed course in my college is 200(including first and second year, 100 each). It is only girls college so not girl boy ratio can be provided. There is cultural diversity in our class. People came form different regions, states and localities and from different religion too. Majority was from Delhi only but people came form Agra, Haryana, Punjab and many more states to learn here. My peer group was quite friendly. I made friends easily. The peer group was quite interactive and interesting. Yes peer learning take place in the classroom in groud discussion, peer observation and many other activities. Yes some students genuinely attend the classroom for learning something new everyday. Some only came for timepass as they that have the mentality that they will learn before exams only and they will pass .

Total Student Strength: For B.Tech, each specialization (like Computer Science or Electronics) has about 200-300 students across all sections. The entire batch strength for B.Tech across different specializations can go up to 1,000-1,500 students. 2. Gender Ratio: Girls to Boys Ratio: For B.Tech, the ratio is typically skewed towards boys, with around 20-30% girls in most branches. For the college overall, the ratio varies slightly depending on the course, but in engineering, boys are the majority. 3. Cultural Diversity: The cultural diversity in the class is somewhat limited. The majority of students are from Delhi NCR and nearby states like Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. There are a few students from distant states like Rajasthan, Bihar, and Himachal Pradesh, but out-of-state representation is not as high as in national institutes like NITs or IITs. 4. Peer Group and Peer Learning: The peer group is a mixed bag. While many students are genuinely interested in learning and contribute to classroom discussions, there is also a significant portion that is focused on just passing the exams. Peer Learning: It happens, but mostly outside the classroom. Students collaborate on projects and assignments, and peer learning plays a crucial role during exam preparation when group study sessions are common. 5. Marks for Class Participation: There aren’t any official marks for class participation. However, professors may give some weightage to students who actively participate or ask insightful questions, but this is rare and informal. 6. Class Attendance for Learning: Genuine Attendance: While a handful of students attend classes to actually learn, many are there primarily to meet the attendance requirement. The quality of lectures can be inconsistent, which often leads students to rely more on self-study, external resources, or coaching.

There are 6 classes in bba course section a to f. A,b,c for morning batch and d,e,f for evening batch. Each section or class has around 50 students and a total of 300 students in bba course. In my opinion the boys girl ratio is around 70:30 in our course and probably 65:35 for the entire college. There are many students from different states majorly from Delhi around 90% and the rest are from bihar, maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Haryana, uttar pradesh etc. Two students are from islam religion, 1 from Christianity, 2 are from Jainism and rest are from Hinduism. So i can say that students from different religion come to the college but not on a large scale. The peer group is amazing and a lot of activities like Group discussion is done to improve it. There are marks for attendance and also for submitting assignments and for internal examinations conducted by the college. few students like our class representative shiva attend all the classes seriously for learning purpose and almost all the teachers of the college know him whereas on the other hand some students don't even attend classes or even when they attend they attend it for marking attendance only and not for learning and interacting.
