GATE 2020 AG Question Paper with Answer Key PDF Feb 2 Afternoon

GATE 2020 AG exam was held on February 2, 2020 in the afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. GATE 2020 AG question paper with answer key PDF is now available. The overall difficulty level of the GATE AG question paper 2020 was found easy to moderate. Majority of the candidates were able to attempt the questions within the stipulated time frame. Also, it was found that many questions in GATE 2020 AG Question Paper were asked from previous year papers.

Candidates should check the previous year question paper for GATE exam so they can become well-versed with subject knowledge and can appear confidently in the future iterations of the exam and score good marks.

• There were 65 questions consisting of 100 marks.
• 3 sections were included in GATE AG 2020– General Aptitude, Mathematics and Subject Specific.
  • General Aptitude: 5 questions of 1 mark each, while the remaining 5 carries 2 marks.
  • Mathematics: 5 questions of 1 mark each, while the remaining 5 carried 2 points each.
  • Agriculture Engineering: Each of the 20 questions carried one mark. In addition, each correct answer earns you two points on the remaining 25 questions.
• Questions from three sections of GATE 2020 Agricultural Engineering Syllabus – Farm Machinery, Post-Harvest, Soil & Water, and Irrigation & Drainage – were assigned about equal weightage.
• There was no negative marking for NATs while each incorrect MCQ resulted in deduction in marks.
