Ans. Admissions to LLM at Delhi University are made on the basis of merit in the LLM entrance examination. This entrance test is in English language and is of two hours duration. It consists of 100 objective-type questions. Each question carries four marks, and for every wrong answer, one mark is deducted. In case the candidates do not attempt a question, no marks will be added or deducted.

Ans. After admission to the regular LLM programme at Delhi University, students are required to attend the university, participate in the academic activities and appear for its exams. If in case a student doesn't turn up for the course for a period of five years after the date of admission, he/she will not be admitted as a candidate for examination or any of the parts/semesters.

Ans. Delhi University offers a full-time LLM course of two years duration. Aspirants seeking admission to LLM need to file an affidavit stating that they are not engaged in any trade, business, profession, occupation, or employment and will be studying the course on full-time basis.
