The fees of Delhi University is very minimal. My college fees is 12000 rs yearly. no other tuition fess nothing else. Our college does not provide hostel facilities so there are no mess charges. students stay outside taking PG or flat whatever they prefer . So the expense totally depends upon them like of how much rent did they pay for PG ( with food or without food). Also our college provide some fee concession to the childern with anually income lower than 8lakh. Students need to fill up the form provided by college, attach some documents required and then the colleges returns some amount of money back to their account.

So overall fees for the three years was around 30k. But like yearly we have to pay Rs 9500 in addition with examination fees which was around Rs 2500. That's all that was the fees we have to pay. Transport fees was up to us coz there were no buses at all. That was government college so only tuition fees and examination fees was there. It was lower then the other colleges obviously. In private colleges they charge 50k for one semester and that is huge so maitreyi college charged really a fair amount of fees. Apart from fees there was no charge at all. For your food, lunch etc. there was canteen pay nd get your food in minutes that's all. No I don't think so there was such kind of thing that fees vary on basis of different categories. For everyone that tuition fees was same. I never applied for scholarships but yes college provides such kind of financial- aid. And I don't even know about this how many students received that money or not. No body told us so.

The fees I paid in 1st year was 23,000 Rupees. The fees I paid for the 2nd year is 25000 Rupees. This includes the tuition fee for the whole year. Also i have a friend who lived in hostel. She paid a lump sum of 1 lakh for the hostel that included mess charges. For those who travel daily for reaching college, they have to pay daily a sum of around 40 to 50 for e-rickshaw and also the metro fare that accounts for around 60- 100 per day( depends on where you are coming from). The tuition fee is far lower than the private colleges. Also if you are staying at a pg, the rent is somewhat around 10,000 including the meals prepared. Also college students often eat out so that's a trouble for your wallet ????. Also i don't have the knowledge about scholarships as I haven't gotten to know about any of those.

The fees is lower than most colleges as this is a non AC college and Sukhdev charges around 50000 for the same course. The another major expense is travel and canteen expenses Fees varies for quota students , though I am not aware by how much. College doesn't provide scholarships.

our college fees is now increased to 11500 yearly and is the only fees u have to pay each year during your admission but there would be form fee which would be around 1500-2000 per semester it depends on how many prctical subjects you have the fee i feel is justified is not much compared to other colleges as around me many south campus colleges like motilal, aryabhatta ,ARSD, venky,RLA have fees around 15000 per year or more yes fees do vary for different category students if you come from weak family background the college will give you consession in fees and this good feature is available in all colleges and students just have t keep their grades good and they will be rewarded with scholarships or fee concession the cost of fees is totally justified and i feel the main expense lies in staying and travelling in delhi it hardly matters where u live if u live in PG the rent is high near college area like satya niketan and if you take a cheap PG away from college the rent would be low but your travelling expense would increase .same goes with renting a flat the more farther u would live the more travelling expense u would bear though rent is decreased . i think monthly 15000 would be minimum in which u could live properly in delhi during your course time

And For the Entire Course I have paid around 15625 + 17252 + 21085 = 53962 # The fess structure of college is almost similar as in most of the college of Delhi University And even less than some colleges like St Stephens , Hindu , Hansraj etc. However the hostel is fees is little high comparatively to other colleges of Delhi University making hostel less economical for some Students. # The other Expenses for non- hostlers include Groceries (around 600/month) , Transportation ( 2400/month for metro and 110/month Bus Pass) etc # No, Fee is same for all categories. However concession is provided to SVC Staff (around 75%) and to PwBD ( negligible fee of 500-700) Categories # Also the college provides freeship to deserving students, after a verification process The freeship is provided purely on the basis of Economical status . So if we talk about the fee structure it is around 18000 per year for my course and it would add semester wise exam fees for the conduction of exam . There is canteen which has high prices according to me and the food is good but not that much . There is no hostel so outsiders live in P.G's or at their relatives place . We don't have any transportation fee in the college . We have to pay around 18000/- for this course of three years + exam fees which includes extra money for the practical of subjects if any in every semester . I think the fees is high according to other college as in the Bharati College fees was around 10000/- for BA Hons English and here I'm paying that much money . If I talk about other expenses that it would be for the of students as they have to pay rent , daily food expenses , travel expenses which may cost different to everyone ; for me it cost 150/- and also all the basic needs of a pg as well as other students . I don't know about if the fees vary for the students of different categories . And moreover , I'm not aware about the scholarship process that it is provided or not . Even I haven't heard of any scholarship or financial aids that is given to the students .

The fees is very affordable compared to other colleges as it is a government college . The fees is to be paid for a year altogether . The fees is less than 15k for my course . Other than that you are also required to pay an examination fee every semester while filling the examination form which is around 1200 to 1400 depending on your subjects . SO overall if you are pursuing ba from this college then you will have to pay around 50k for 3 years for official purposes . And for residence most of the students resides in pgs in the campus area . They come in all ranges .and for hostel there is a different fee for odd and even semester although last year we have seen a 6k hike in hostel fees . I am not aware about much regarding the hostel as i don't stay there . Financial aid is providd to students with low income group . Several scholarships are provided to university students of low income group and apart from hostels in college there is a girls university hostel as well with very less fee.
