The fees are normal and every student can afford the fees. And the cost to study is also provided in 12000 they provide that education. Many scholarships are there like for ba students Manav scholarship is provided. And I am in ncc so I have stipend benefits.
The Fees at Delhi University colleges are not high. Scholarships are given to students who perform well in academics. Campus recruitment also takes place. Financial assistance is there for ST, SC, and OBC. The cost of the study is very low.

There is a fee hike every year but if you compare that with IP University it's nothing it's less than average private tuition fees. Scholarships are there I don't know about them but I know a person who is disabled and pays less fees than us.
Every college in DU has a nominal fee structure. The fee is paid per semester and it varies from college to college. In a range of 12k - 25k all colleges have the same fee structure semester-wise. In every semester the FSS- Financial Support Scheme from Dean and Student's Welfare is offered which can be beneficial for students.
